Team
Support can look things up, free seats, resend emails and suspend. Only owners generate keys, revoke, refund and change settings. Sign-in itself is Cloudflare Access; the person must also be allowed there.

Signing key
loaded from secret
Rotating the signing key: generate a new pair, add the new public key to the app build, deploy the app, then switch the secret here. Old licences keep verifying for as long as the app ships both public keys.
